By using thevijai.com you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These Terms govern the website only. Supply of the VijAI product or any service is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.
2 · No advice, no reliance
Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, safety-engineering or professional advice.
This site refers to Indian statutes, rules, standards and circulars, including the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Schedule M, DGMS circulars, OISD and BIS standards. These references are general information and may be incomplete, superseded, amended or repealed without our knowledge. You must verify the current position with a qualified professional before acting.
You alone are responsible for determining your statutory obligations. We accept no responsibility for anything done or not done in reliance on this website.
3 · Claims are indicative, not contractual
Performance figures, detection rates, accuracy percentages, deployment counts and outcome statistics on this website are indicative only, drawn from particular deployments under particular conditions. They are not a warranty, representation or commitment.
Real performance depends on camera placement, resolution, field of view, lighting, network conditions, the customer's own processes and other factors outside our control. The only performance commitments that bind us are those written into a signed agreement.
VijAI is a supplementary monitoring system. It is not a safety function, carries no rating under ISO 13849-1, IS 16810 or any equivalent functional-safety standard, and does not replace or reduce any required guarding, interlock, protective device or supervisory duty. No statement on this website is a claim about injury outcomes of any kind.
4 · No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency and non-infringement. We do not warrant the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
5 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vijaya Bhanu Digital Transformations Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contract, anticipated saving, goodwill, data or reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use this website, whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.
Our total liability arising from this website, on any basis, shall not exceed INR 1,000.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7 · Acceptable use
Do not use this website unlawfully or fraudulently, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or harvest data by automated means other than search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt.
